The refined chocolate slurry is kept warmly stored in the chocolate storage tank. The machine has a high heat exchange rate, uniform heating, and is made of stainless steel. The holding tank's primary function is to store and maintain the heat of the refined chocolate slurry so that it can meet the needs of continuous production.

It is possible to switch between using 201 and 304 stainless steel inside and outside. The machine's fundamental operations include cooling, heating, and maintaining heat. As well as degassing, deodorising, dehydrating, and preventing the separation of slurry, grease, and other materials, the machine can also stir chocolate slurry.
